Do you ship internationally?

Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled by our global production partners, allowing us to ship efficiently while producing responsibly.
Why does delivery take longer than fast-fashion brands?
Crane produces items on demand. Each piece is made specifically for you after purchase, reducing waste and prioritising quality over speed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may have begun.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your location. Exact times are shown at checkout.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and supported digital wallets.
How do returns work?
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Made-to-order or customised items may be exempt.
What size should I order?
Each product includes a size guide and fit notes. If a garment runs small, we’ll clearly recommend sizing up.
